Sri Lanka Tour Packages from Singapore

Looking for Sri Lanka tour packages from Singapore? This article is tailored around a tour package of six days aimed at the tourists from Singapore and that could be enjoyed by any traveler around the world visiting this beautiful island.

Your guide for these six days will welcome you at the Bandaranayke International Airport and escort you to our first destination, Galle. This city is situated in the South of Sri Lanka and it will take about two and a half hours for you to arrive at your hotel.

Day 1 – Galle

Galle

When we arrive at Galle we will check you in to the hotel and let you relax for a before we embark on our adventure of six days.

This city is situated along the southern coast line thus has a humid climate but the cold sea breeze will blow that away and is one of the perfect cities to sightsee. The famous place that both the local and foreign tourists are attracted is the Galle Fort. This architectural structure was built by the Portuguese when Sri Lanka was their colony and at present this place is the home for various shops and boutique hotels. Once you are there you can taste various foods of various cultures and do some shopping.

We could end our day one as we watch the perfect sun set from the Fort. We will go back to the hotel and spend the night before the second day of our tour.

Day 2 – Bentota

Bentota

On the second day we will leave Galle in the morning and head to Bentota which is an hours’ drive. En route to Bentota we could halt to witness the stilt fisherman that is a common sight in that route. Every tourist that is visiting this beauty of an island should witness at least one of the gorgeous beaches, so in this tour package we have included Bentota as it is a synonym for the beach amongst the locals.

This beach is the perfect destination for any type of tourists be from a honeymoon couple to a family or a single traveler. Bentota offers so many great adventures to water sport lovers and to nature lovers as there is a lagoon and a river that holds an ecological value. You could either be on the beach enjoying the sun and the waves and/or have a boat ride in the Madu River and the lagoon observing the mangroves endangered plants and the birds.

After spending some quality time in the golden beach of Bentota we will spend the night at the hotel and wake up to our third day of the vacation.

Day 3 and 4 Kandy

Kandy

Kandy is situated 180 KMs away from Bentota and therefore will take about three and a half hours for us to reach there. This is situated in the hill country of Sri Lanka and is famously known as its Cultural city. The mild weather of Kandy would be welcoming after spending time in the sun in Galle and Bentota.

In Kandy we have planned to take you to worship the Temple of the Tooth relic as it’s a culture of this country to visit this religious place whenever we visit this city. This is not merely a temple but a place of worship that holds so much history and religious value. While you are here our guide will explain you importance of this place to the locals and to the Buddhists all around the world.

Afterwards we will take you around the city where you can taste unique foods in this area and buy souvenirs to take back home with you. Moreover we will take you around the famous Kandy Lake where you can snap some beautiful scenarios and have a peaceful time.

Day -5 – Yaala

Yaala

Yaala is a famous National park of Sri Lanka that is not only the home for a large number of wildlife such as leopards, elephants, crocodiles and wild boars but also is some endangered plants and trees.

We have arranged a Sri Lanka wildlife safari ride where we will travel in and around this wildlife park and given our luck we will be able to spot a leopard hunting a wild boar or a crocodile sunbathing. This Yaala National park is claimed to be one of the few places in the world where you can spot a leopard so the possibility is high as there is a high density of leopard population.

After the safari we could spend the night at the hotel in the National Park giving you a different exposure and an experience.

Day 6- Colombo

colombo

On the last day we will head back to Colombo and spend a smooth comforting day before we say goodbye to you.

This is a totally different city from the above and is somewhat similar to Singapore as Colombo is the Commercial capital of Sri Lanka. There are sky rising buildings and motor vehicles on the roads at any hour of the day and it’ll be a totally different experience from the first five days of your stay.

On the last day we could arrange a city tour or a shopping tour according to your needs before we drop you back at the Bandaranayke International Airport.
