My field of study was Hospitality and Tourism which I had completed nearly six months before. Sooner I completed my Degree had got a chance to join in Olankaas an Intern. Olanka provided me with the necessary training during the period of six months which was greatly helped me to experience the practical exposure of the Travel and Tour Industry. I am feeling fulfilled with the necessary qualifications along with the experience now I am pretty much proud to be aprofessional of such a progressive firm which emphasizes the success of the company is the success of the employees.

Job Description

Job Profile

  1. Lead the global sales strategy and manage high-performing teams across multiple countries.
  2. Use data to guide pricing, forecasts, and customer engagement initiatives.
  3. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to drive growth together.
  4. Build strong relationships with partners like OTAs, travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct customers.
  5. Find new revenue opportunities, markets, and strategic partners.
  6. Motivate and support the sales team to hit ambitious targets and build a strong team culture.
  7. Manage the full sales process to make sure leads turn into long-term customers.

Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales leadership, revenue management, and managing large sales teams—ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  3. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, corporate partnerships, and customer relationship management.
  5. Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM), sales automation tools, and performance analytics.
  6. Exceptional skills in negotiation, team leadership, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
  7. Hands-on experience in lead generation, digital sales strategies, and managing inbound sales operations.
  8. Sharp business acumen with a strong ability to scale operations, boost conversion rates, and drive sustainable profitability.
